Returns Policy

At 8thUniverse, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date for store credit. Please note that after you order your item, we will not refund any money.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item(s) must be in perfect condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that are damaged, washed, or worn will not be accepted.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email our customer service team at support@8th-universe.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to return the item(s).

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item(s) to us. Once we receive the returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in perfect condition, and then issue store account to your orders email address in 1-2 business days.

For exchanges, we will ship the new item(s) to you free of charge, provided that the item(s) you are returning meets our return policy criteria.
